   Current product lead for the Homepage at eBay, driving eBay’s ongoing global Homepage revamp, focused currently on developing and evangelizing our core product strategy across all platforms and key markets. I work exclusively across 3 engineering teams (~25 SWEs, BE & FE) in an effort to deliver value for our enthusiast shoppers. Former product lead within our Recommendations org across the following areas- Core Algorithms: I led product development for our core algorithm families, responsible for driving the majority of eBay\'s recommendations-initiated GMV. I supported a team of 10 engineers and ARs (applied researchers) in both the US and China- Human Judgment: I\'m responsible for leading our human judgement initiative, coordinating HITL support between eBay ML teams and our third vendors- MyEbay: Leading product direction for MyEbay, a hub for our power shoppers, focusing on enriching the consumer experience of this domain in order to re-engage consumers in both old and net-new shopping missions, across web and native platforms (iOS and Android).
