I manage the audit from the prep work to the finish line. I am in direct communication with the client (CFO’s and Controllers) and the audit team (Partner, Senior and Staff). Managers oversee many jobs at a time as they all overlap at different stages. I train staff and seniors during the job to delegate the various audit areas. In a remote world, I have frequent communication via many softwares (Teams, Slack, Zoom) and screen share calls to tackle outstanding items. I am proficient in GAAP and have been exposed to many industries (Retail, eCommerce, MLM, construction, manufacturing, and employee benefit plans). Above all, I value the relationships with both my team and my clients. I enjoy getting to know them personally. I try to keep focus on what makes my job interesting and enjoyable, which is the opportunity to learn and grow while developing these relationships.
