   I currently oversee a dynamic team of associates who efficiently manage the end-to-end billing and revenue process. This multifaceted responsibility entails generating approximately invoices on a monthly basis, alongside the creation of over 750 new contracts each month, all which are reviewed from a 606 compliance standpoint (currently handled via our new system automation & configuration). In addition, I play a pivotal role in orchestrating the month-end close process, dedicating about six business days each month to ensure the smooth operation of billing and revenue activities. Beyond my involvement in month-end close, I actively contribute to our organization\'s success by collaborating with our internal IT department. My focus lies in driving system enhancements to optimize our processes and workflows, as well as troubleshooting system issues and assisting with seasonal system upgrades. During 2021 and 2022, I helped spearhead the implementation of a new ERP system, formerly known as FinancialForce and now referred to as Certinia. This involved collaborating closely with a third-party consultant to design and establish robust processes centered on billing and revenue recognition. We achieved a successful go-live in April 2022, and since then, the project has yielded substantial gains in operational efficiency, process optimization, and overall reporting capabilities.
