I’m an employee benefits leader with 10+ years of experience growing markets, retaining clients, and developing teams in relationship-driven brokerage environments. I work with CFOs, HR leaders, and ownership groups on complex benefit decisions - self-funding, captives, stop loss, PBMs, and renewals, where financial discipline and long-term thinking matter.My background blends consultative sales with hands-on leadership. I’ve built and retained books of business, supported producers in high-stakes finalist and renewal conversations, mentored and developed sales talent, and helped organizations expand thoughtfully while protecting culture and client experience. I bring an operator’s mindset and believe sustainable growth comes from both doing the fundamentals consistently, and keeping up with an evolving market.
