About Tess Hollern

I am a receptive and driven student with a passion for learning and growing during my time at The Ohio State University. As a Finance major, I am passionate about learning all that I can about the business world throughout my education, while also applying my Real Estate minor to exploring my interest in commercial real estate. Through my experience interning at the Center for Innovation Strategies at Ohio State, I have been able to hone my organizational skills, as well as my aptitude for working as part of a team. I had the opportunity to be a part of a four-person team with a goal of creating an innovative solution to be taken from the idea phase, all the way to a final pitch to corporate sponsors. Through this experience, I was able to foster an innovative mindset, and the organizational skills to keep my team on pace throughout the program. These developed skills allow me to become an asset for potential employers, and I am passionate about using my strengths to become a valuable employee.
