Combining scientific evidence, data insights, and community connections to help finance be a force for good. Currently at Lloyds Banking Group, working on financial guidance, investment propositions, and long-term sustainability. Leading Aspire, the 1500+ strong graduate and apprentice working group, driving development and collaboration across the group. Conducted research at six leading institutions, including the Cambridge Crop Science Centre, Kew Gardens, and NIAB. My work focused on crop adaptation, carbon sequestration, and Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). Developed and implemented food-centric solutions across the urban-rural continuum at a Manchester based consultancy. I have produced impactful food and land strategies for local and regional stakeholders, fostering resilience and sustainability. Led a vibrant community garden that aims to empower and connect communities through growing and sharing food. Member of the Chatham House Common Futures program, advocating for global collaboration for global issues, facilitating cross-continental dialogues on international affairs and policy solutions. Selected for the Youth Policy Board at the World Food Forum (FAO), represented the organisation at the Youth Economic Social Forum at United Nations HQ in New York.
