As Design Lead for an internal event attended by 600 people, I created all digital and print assets, which resulted in a cohesive and engaging event experience that contributed to a over 90% positive participant rating. Through designing a suite of communication materials for SAP Dresden—such as booklets, flyers, posters, digital guides, and PowerPoint presentations, as well as branding like shirts, sweaters, and stickers, I improved the clarity and effectiveness of information dissemination, and contributed to local engagement and pride. In my capacity as Community Lead, I serve as the primary contact for tech and interest communities at SAP Dresden. By providing resources and enablement support, I strive to foster connection across local and national groups, which in turn encourages collaboration, innovation, and a sense of belonging.
