Operate and evolve Acadia’s privacy program across the entire company, supporting US and global privacy needs.• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts relating to the company’s business and privacy needs, such as data privacy agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, marketing agreements, consulting agreements, and the like. • Establish, launch, and manage company policies and associated trainings with strategic insights and best practices, including privacy and data security policies and the employee handbook.• Manage compliance with international, federal, state, and local laws, including: GDPR, CPA, EEOC, Title VII, ADA & ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and Worker’s Comp.• Managed a team of contract professionals, including both full-time direct reports and contingent resources, through an organizational change transition.• Managed the company’s contracting process with a continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement measures to increase efficiency and decrease risk, including the review and completion of over 3200 contracts annually. • Developed policies, procedures and systems to support and facilitate efficient contract development and analysis. • Developed and launched comprehensive training programs as part of a risk management strategy, including safety & health, discrimination & harassment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.• Provided employment law advice and support for employee relations, performance management, and discrimination & harassment concerns.
