I’m a landscape designer focused on ecological and edible garden and landscape design. My portfolio covers both community and private projects. My ambition is to make the UK’s 23 million gardens a space for joy, and restoration. I hold a diploma in garden design from the Bristol Garden Design School, Distinction. I have Level 2 qualifications from the Royal Horticultural Society a Masters in the Anthropology of Food and a Permaculture Design Certificate. I\'m currently undertaking a diploma in Applied Permaculture Design. I\'ve spent time living in Japan and studied Japanese Garden Design.

ABOUT TESSA TRICKS
I’m a landscape designer and environmental campaigner driven by a passion for people and nature.My practice focuses on the design of biodiverse green spaces that serve nature and community. am the Programme Lead for the WFET\'s Nature Based Neighbourhoods Partnerships Programme, working with the WFET and partners to increase access to nature in our towns and cities.I have a Diploma in Garden Design from the Bristol Garden Design School, Level 2 qualifications from the Royal Horticultural Society and an MA in the Anthropology of Food, all Distinction levels. I have a Permaculture Design Certificate and studying for an MA in Landscape Architecture.My current work builds on 13 years of experience in sustainable food systems and environmental communications, including seven years leading community food and sustainable diets campaigns at environmental charity, Hubbub.I’m a Trustee of Eat Club, a London-based charity supporting youth access to food, and a member of the Medinge Group, focused on branding and social purpose. ‘Side projects’ include food writing, social eating projects, and cookery teaching.
