About Tessa Tomaso

As a marketing major through Kelley, I want to utilize my skills of being a strong leader, reliable, and also determined to further my education at Indiana University and later into my future career. Strong Leadership: My whole life I have never been able to just sit back and let others work during a group project. I am always the one to reach out first, plan everything, and to make sure each member is staying on track. These strong skills have led me to become Vice President of my sorority, and also work with IU Athletics in their marketing department. Reliable: My sister has special needs which means that I grew up a lot quicker than most. Because of that, my family has learned that they can rely on me with even the hardest tasks. Those skills I learned at a young age have rolled over into my high school, and now college career. Determined: I’ve never been the best at anything in my life. There is always someone smarter and better than me wherever I go. But I don’t let that consume me; I see it as a challenge. I always strive to be the best I can be in every environment.
