About Tessa Lippmann
Originally from the Netherlands, I have been living in California for over 20 years. I am a student of life and a compassionate listener. I enjoy finding solutions to challenges for those in my community and for my children. I am grateful for everyone who has crossed my path and bestowed their wisdom upon me. My biggest personal interest is in helping other parents and myself understand how to deal with Screen/Social Media and notifications addiction. In my time off I take teenagers snow camping/mountaineering to work on resilience and time away from gaming/screens and hope to inspire them to fall in love with the healing benefits of the connection with nature, the mysteries of the inner journey, and organically bringing back human connection. My experience as a mountaineer has taught me team building, collaboration, problem-solving, clear communication, self-sufficiency, generosity, and risk-taking.Since completing my education at the Amsterdam Business School, I have worked in the field of content management, design, fashion footwear, social media, and adventure travel. I hold Avalanche Safety certifications and I am a Wilderness First Responder.
