I prepare and file a wide array of employment- and family-based nonimmigrant and immigration petitions, including H-1B, TN, E, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, AOS, and IV. I have served on several client teams and am currently supporting several larger employers. I previously led client communications on behalf of KILP’s Individual Case Unit (ICU) team, specializing in advising tech startups and small businesses on changeable, time-sensitive immigration needs. I managed a Nobel-winning research institute’s immigration needs; assisted with case assignment and review; and prepared client reports for tracking purposes. I also collaborated on employment verification projects under the I-9 Audit/Compliance Team.
