I’m an independent strategy, growth, and operating advisor who works directly with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and leadership teams to help businesses scale, reset, or transform with focus and executional rigor.Since 2023, I’ve operated as a principal advisor and embedded executive, partnering with companies across consumer, digital, and B2B SaaS on growth strategy, operating-model design, marketing effectiveness, and enterprise transformation initiatives. I’m often brought in when organizations need senior-level judgment and hands-on leadership—not just recommendations.My background combines deep operating experience with consulting discipline. I’ve held P&L responsibility, built and scaled teams, and led organizations through growth, complexity, and change—with accountability for outcomes.Previously, I held multiple executive leadership roles at Mars Petcare, operating both as:Group CMO across a multi-brand portfolio, with responsibility for brand, marketing, and growth strategy, andDigital Transformation Lead, driving global operating and growth initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and long-term value creationAs part of the Mars Petcare portfolio, I also served as CEO of Made By Nacho, a Mars-backed premium pet-food startup—scaling the business from $0 to $17M in 18 months while leading fundraising, national distribution expansion, and team build-out.Earlier in my career, I served in senior growth, revenue, and operating roles across high-velocity consumer and digital businesses—including SoulCycle, BuzzFeed, The Huffington Post, mindbodygreen, and AOL (Verizon Media)—often in environments requiring turnaround thinking, operational discipline, and rapid execution.I began my career as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies and private-equity firms across North America and Asia-Pacific.Today, I advise companies and leadership teams on growth and transformation and serve on the advisory board of New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, supporting New Zealand companies expanding into the U.S. market.Outside of work, I’m usually with my kids (furry and non-furry), traveling, or chasing a better pickleball drop shot.
