Technical Recruiter: • Source, screen, and engage cleared technical professionals using advanced sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. • Utilize boolean search logic and social media platforms (ClearanceJobs.com, LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and attract top talent; cold-call and build relationships with candidates to encourage application.• Conduct technical interviews, answer candidate questions regarding benefits and compensation, and serve as a liaison between the candidate and the hiring team to negotiate offers.Multi-Int Integrator:• Provide operational and technical support for DoD and IC missions, integrating and advocating for intelligence tools, services, and data.• Develop and implement Python scripts, JEMA models, and automations to address capability gaps and streamline data workflows.• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and extraction to generate actionable insights for global customers.• Participate in collections and exercise planning, creating bespoke analytics for intelligence operations.
