As an Affiliate Marketing Director I am responsible for managing, growing, and evolving all aspects of our Affiliate channel. I am continuously identifying and evaluating affiliates, optimizing growth opportunities, and looking outside traditional affiliate models to scale our program. I coordinate and oversee campaigns through all phases of launch and maintenance, including program strategy, negotiation of affiliate partnerships and deals, contract review and approval, creative development, trafficking, reporting, analysis, optimization, and social media. I am adept at building relationships with affiliate partners, content and editorial publications, niche partners, and many more. I am able to identify opportunities and craft innovative solutions as well as proficient in translating performance data into actionable insights. I have a true passion for starting Affiliate programs from the ground up.
