   Biologist and permitting specialist working throughout the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. Coordinates environmental permitting at local, state, and federal levels. Prepares biological assessments/evaluations, critical areas reports/memorandums, creates pricing framework and agreement for purchase and sale of wetland mitigation credits, and performs cartographic and analytic GIS tasks.• Currently serves the the Northwest Operations Leads\' Executive Consultant.• Worked with multiple public agencies and private contractors (including Sound Transit, City of Redmond, King County, Washington State Department of Ecology, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Federal Transit Administration) on environmental compliance for the Downtown Redmond Link Extension, a segment of the regional light rail system. Responsibilities included developing an Environmental Compliance Strategy Plan, Environmental Management Plan, developing and updating a permit conditions tracking matrix, recording meeting minutes for Environmental Task Force meetings, coordinating the environmental field crew, and creating visuals using ArcGIS and Google Earth. • Co-leader of local PRISM chapter and Prism representative on US West TogetherBeyond Council. Prism is an employee network centering on LGTQIA+ visibility and advocacy in the workplace. Organizes internal educational and social events, volunteer opportunities, and Jacobs\' involvement in the Seattle Pride Parade.
