I along with designated leadership at Allstate insurance, are leading the Scaled agile (SAFe) transformation, where I support teams as Scrum master, Product owners and Coaches to help drive the delivery of targeted business values whilst inculcating in teams the desired cultural outlook adaptation. The Transformative growth is a wholistic initiative which is designed to help the organization move farther away from waterfall to Agile with an all-encompassing outlook, targeted at strategic business objective with the aim of increasing market dominance amidst competitors using cutting edge technology and people/customer centric approach. With different ART\'s working towards this purpose using synchronization as a means to aligning the different parts, myself and my primary teams are focusing on the new \"shop and buy\" experience which is a milestone in driving the customer journey part of transformative growth, simplifying the digital experience for customers. Allstate recognizes that buying auto insurance can be a tedious, complicated process that consumers don’t exactly enjoy, hence Allstate wants to make it simple, fast and easy to understand by simplifying the process of purchasing auto insurance online.
