Coordinating and managing oil and gas production (over from multi-well batteries (MWBs), ensuring optimal gas separation and crude production rates within allotted parameters with application of Allen-Bradley control systems. •Ensuring compliance with company\'s operating ethics, standards and procedures within the operations and production team.•Spearheading crude oil transfer and pumping from the loading tanks (LT) and separator tanks (ST) to the early production facilities (EPF).•Monitoring crude treatment processes (dehydration, degassing, de-foaming, gas-liquid separation) and ensure the production of high-quality crude oil.•Responsible for the storage of the treated crude oil in the tank farm and meeting up with the customers demand and company targets.•Ensuring safe and accurate loading of tankers, railcars, and refinery exports.•Fostering strong customer relationships, evaluating operational performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.•Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training junior engineers on regulatory and safety requirements.
