With 10 years of experience in HRIS management and implementations, I am a seasoned professional who can deliver effective and efficient solutions for complex and diverse HR needs. I have successfully supported multiple HRIS transitions, including Oracle to SAP, Ceridian to SuccessFactors, and UKG to Workday, ensuring smooth and timely completion of projects and optimal user experience.As the Director of HRIS at Children\'s Institute, I am responsible for managing Workday, legacy systems, and HR apps as well as providing ongoing maintenance and support. During the UKG to Workday implementation I was the Data Conversion Lead, Integrations Lead, Reporting Lead, and part of the PMO. I work closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams, as well as external vendors and consultants, to ensure the alignment of business processes, data integrity, system functionality, and compliance. I also leverage my ITIL and SMC certifications to apply best practices and methodologies for service management and delivery. My mission is to enable and empower the HR team and the organization to achieve their goals and objectives through innovative and reliable HRIS solutions.
