ABOUT TESH VORA

Hitesh is a well accomplished IT professional with an exceptional record in managing IT Infrastructure & Operations at Fidelity International for over 13 years and the last 10 years leading and managing Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing solutions. Hitesh led several successful projects at Close Brothers most notably the development of a complex Credit & Financial Reporting MI Datamart which included, project management, business analysis, design and development. As BI Technology Manager, Hitesh developed a vision for Business Intelligence for Close Brothers - Premium Finance and ran the BI Operations (using an off-shore model). Hitesh demonstrated his pragmatic and creative approach to IT projects.At Selfridges Group, Hitesh joined a BI Implementation project as Test Manager. Evaluating the infrastructure & data and then transitioning the solution to Business As Usual status, In 2014 Hitesh joined Flybe. He had a wonderful time getting to know some amazing people and the airline industry. He had the chance to develop his commercial knowledge particularly in Marketing \\​Digital eCommerce spaces. And reconciling data in Finance.Hitesh joined Deutsche Bank in September 2015, developing Data Models and ETL for their ServiceNow implementation. He had the joy of working for some very intelligent and high-caliber managers who taught him a lot. Hitesh spent nearly 2 years at NCP building their Data Lake as part of a large IT Transformation programme.
