This project involved the rehabilitation of the West Memorial Building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada. Development of the preliminary functional program is intended to be utilized for the prime consultant when awarded. Tesha was responsible for the following tasks: • Provided project management support and subject-matter expertise to the project team throughout all stages of the project, from planning (beginning) to identification and to delivery (end). • Provided oversight to a team of 5 project managers, interior designers and architectural technologists. • Worked closely with the Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) to ensure that their best interest was represented throughout all aspects of the project. • Worked closely with stakeholders including SSC, PSPC, National Capital Commission (NCC), Federal Heritage Buildings Review Office (FHBRO), Veteran Affairs, RCMP, Court Administrative Services, and the City of Ottawa.

ABOUT TESHA GOODFELLOW
Tesha Goodfellow is a bilingual Senior Project Manager with 21 years of experience in project and construction management and interior design providing expertise in project planning for real property complex projects. She is a Certified Interior Designer and Project Management Professional (PMP). She manages teams on multi-disciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders with complex technical requirements through all stages of the project from inception to completion. Tesha is well versed on the PSPC National Project Management System (NPMS) as well as their procurement and financial policies. She has worked on projects that involve phased implementation and swing space accommodations, and understands the roles the various team members, stakeholders and client representatives play in the successful delivery of real property construction projects. Her role on many of these projects included the managing of multi-disciplinary teams, where she reviewed contract documentation and preliminary construction budgets. She understands the importance of representing the client user group and through effective communication, is able to make recommendations and guide them through the process to ensure their functional needs are met while delivering a project on time and on budget.
