As a Product Manager within Citi\'s SMB (Securities, Markets & Banking), I co-lead the development of AI-first productivity tools powered by Generative AI. My work centres on building Conversational interfaces and Agentic workflows, enabling LLM integrations to interact with Citi\'s internal systems, automate tasks, and drive efficiency and innovation across the bank.Earlier, I advocated API-first blueprints and tools that simplified cloud adoption and modernised business applications. I worked closely with app teams to understand their architecture and modernisation needs, enabling adoption through tailored solutions and accelerators that delivered hybrid cloud capabilities for elastic scaling and business growth.
