My role is to select members for our high-performing peer advisory boards, facilitate monthly informational and problem-solving group forums which often includes world-class speakers, and provide individual coaching and mentoring for each member.The most important result of outcomes research is that almost all Vistage members report that their companies have vastly improved their efficiency and effectiveness while increasing the amount of free time they have to spend with family and friends.
