Responsibilities:• Lead a high-performing team of 15 staff members (PT, OT, RMT, Acu, RD, Kin, PTA, MD, and admin staff)• Perform clinical assessments and deliver treatments to clients under different programs of care (Private Orthopaedic, Concussion, Vestibular, OHIP, BC, MVA, WSIB, LTD, PCVRS, and Employer Services)• Conduct marketing and business development activities within the local community and digitally on GMB, Instagram, and LinkedIn• Maintain referral relationships with physicians and third party funders• Approve payrolls (ADP) and expenses (DocLink)• Review and analyze clinic KPIs (Power BI), monthly P&L reports, GL batches, and HR wage reports• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, termination, and leave of absence• Facilitate team meetings, 1-on-1 staff meetings, onboarding, and mentorship programs• Work as an instructor for the Lifemark Orthopaedic Skills Mentorship Program• Serve as a member of the Lifemark National Quality Working GroupAchievements: • Recipient of the 2024 Connector Award for outstanding achievement and exceptional contribution• Coordinated major clinic renovation in November 2024• Improved staff engagement rating from 30% in April 2023 to 81% in October 2024• Being recognized as one of the highest performing leaders within the organization in 2023• Significantly increased clinic\'s EBITDA in 2022, 2023, and 2024• Represented Lifemark to receive the Norman Bethune Compassionate Employer Award at the Pathway to Practice: National IEHP Integration Summit 2024• Represented Lifemark at Shoppers Pharmacy and Wellness Conference 2024• Represented Lifemark at University of Toronto\'s Rehabilitation Career Fair in 2023 and 2024• Represented Lifemark and introduced our Concussion and Vestibular specialty programs at TD Insurance headquarter in 2023
