I’ve got a secret. The secret is one that can drive efficiency in organizations and allow for agile, adaptive decision-making. The secret is data. I know that organizations struggle with using timely, reliable data to make business decisions. I’ve worked in the publishing industry, the food processing industry, the aerospace industry and in the world of dot-coms and they all have that in common. Stale, inaccurate data makes for stale and inaccurate decisions.
