Responsible for administration and compliance of all Health and Welfare, LOA and 401(k) benefits for US, Puerto Rico and Canada. Ensure company compliance with provisions of ERISA, ACA, Federal and State filings for Health & Welfare/Retirement Benefits, including but not limited to CARES Act, COBRA ARPA, Audits, NDT, 5500 and ACA. Ensure vendors and company’s systems are in sync. Evaluate processes and tasks to ensure they are adding value to department and company while implementing best practice where possible. Review and update Wrap/SPDs. Benefit Lead for US and Canada Merger and Acquisitions.
