A solid background in safety and quality improvements, financial analysis, new sales market and product development, and capital management ROI. Extensive experience in developing bench strength and optimizing resources to manage change and innovation as well as a collaborative style to present unique leadership and development solutions for organizations and teams. I have mentored and coached many outstanding individuals and professionals and continue to do so by volunteering for the Xavier University Mentoring Program.
