Her expertise spans governance, strategy, acquisitions, crisis management, recapitalizations, healthcare operations, audit, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity oversight, and compliance.Previously, she was Chair of the Board of Directors at Quorum Health Corporation and CFO of a $1.9 billion publicly held hospital company.
