Project manager for an Atlanta-based technology consulting firm. Responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from start to finish. Primary duties include directing and participating in the full life cycle of website builds, including functional specifications, preparing work estimates, scheduling and leading cross-functional teams, QA, and deployment. Responsibilities: Direct and strategically lead interactive digital and e-commerce programs and projects from inception, programming to release as per agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage risks and overall accounts health, provide solution-oriented consultation and proactively raise scope, timeline, resourcing adjustments with internal teams and/or clients. Collaborate with functional leads to strategically identify and implement solutions. Identify and advocate opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with client partners on monthly and quarterly revenue milestones. Provide day-to-day team management and mentorship to development teams. Serve as point of escalation on matters concerning the team. Define SOW, project plans, delivery strategies for assigned projects.
