About Terry McGowan
I am passionate about serving my clients. Very much enjoy helping people reach their goals. I have been in Real Estate on the Monterey Peninsula since 1991, specializing in Carmel and Carmel Valley, but serving the entire Peninsula. After acquiring my GRI in 1998, I recently realized the business had changed completely and so I have dedicated this year (2014) to going back to school to sharpen my skills. I have recently added the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, the e-Pro designation for web based marketing and internet skills, the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) to be better prepared when working with sellers of any age, and the SRES (Senior\'s Real Estate Specialist) to work with people in the 50+ age group as they downsize, age in place or move to assisted care.
