Client: U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)Scope: The largest government level EHR transformation ever attempted.Description: Manage programs and projects complete lifecycle of the VAs estimated $50 billion, three-decade, modernization effort, to replace its legacy VistA electronic health record (EHR) system with Oracle Health’s federal EHR (Oracle Cerner Millennium a commercial, cloud‑capable EHR platform) the same solution used by the Department of Defense (DoD). All programs, projects, and innovative efforts that I oversee are engineered and scoped to help unify clinical and administrative records under one interoperable record system between the VA and DoD.
