I have over 35 years of experience which includes major corporations like Hyatt Hotels, Sodexo, Aramark, and Elior working in resorts, college campuses, and corporate dining while managing café’s, catering (including to private aircraft), and vending operations. My customers have ranged from students to leaders of Fortune 500 companies to heads of state.I am customer service oriented while possessing a strong commitment to financial success by driving sales and controlling costs. I take pride in accurate forecasting and will make the necessary adjustments to achieve those goals. I constantly train my staff to expedite their development and keep them engaged to ensure the continual improvement in our operation.
