ABOUT TERRY KALLEY
Mr. Kalley is President of Intelligent Trade Labs, Inc. a software company building an automated platform to manage the regulatory compliance and customs brokerage functions of international trade using artificial intelligence. ITL saves users time/money while increasing accuracy. Mr. Kalley is Managing Director of Ambassador Overseas Logistics, a global logistics and supply chain management company. His international expertise assists companies to design and implement their supply chains as well as optimizing their ocean, air, trucking and intermodal spending. Mr. Kalley is Managing Director of Global Logistics Strategies, providing investment, M&A, strategic consulting & performance enhancement activities to the ocean transportation intermediary industry. Mr. Kalley was co-founder and President of Bright Solutions, a supplier to the global automotive service industry. He oversaw the expansion from a start-up to a global enterprise selling in dozens of markets globally. With over twenty five years of hands-on experience in business, his expertise includes strategic, financial, operational, R&D, logistics, marketing & legal aspects of running corporations. He has visited almost fifty countries, established distribution and procurement globally and lived & worked in the USA, Canada & South Africa. He has a passion for innovation and is mentioned as an inventor or co-inventor on 18 U.S. patents plus additional foreign patents. Terry Kalley was Chairman of the Eastern Michigan District Export Council, a group that supports the U.S. Department of Commerce to promote U.S. exports. He chaired this DEC and previously the Michigan DEC for over eleven years. In that time the EMDEC hosted numerous conferences featuring top executives, high ranking government officials & experts from academia and think tanks. He is the founder of Freedom of Access to Medicines (FAMEDS), a non-profit organization advocating for the availability of medical options for critically ill patients & widely quoted in leading national media organizations (e.g, the Wall St. Journal, NY Times, Reuters, AP, Fox News.) Mr. Kalley earned a MBA in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University & a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa.
