The project is projected to produce an annual cost avoidance of up to $29M by reducing the cost of incidents, adding to gross margin, and reducing t/a maintenance and inspection costs. • Support the enterprise-wide Piping and Vessels Business Improvement Network (BIN), focusing on using reliability tools, analytics, and work processes to improve fixed equipment integrity and reliability performance of assets. • Mentor 5 early to mid-career mechanical integrity professionals annually to grow organizational capability in fixed equipment. • Coordinate cross-functionally with Facilities Integrity and Reliability Management (FIRM) BIN to develop, implement, and steward enterprise-wide asset care standards for piping and vessels. • Deploy exceptional communication and leadership skills as the corporate-wide API 581 SME, delivering training and executing audits in support of the Downstream Fixed Equipment Asset Strategy (FEAS) Taskforce. • Demonstrate high attention to detail and analytical skills when driving fixed equipment IDMS/APM implementation and modification efforts, including the selection or creation of Chevron’s first enterprise-wide fixed equipment solution. • Provide over 200 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) hours to company inspectors and engineers ranging from API 581, inspection plan creation, and IDMS software utilization.
