My fundamental responsibilities are to deliver enterprise class Cloud services for the customers of GT Nexus and fully support the company vision. Key responsibilities- Safeguarding customer satisfaction related to the systems and services on the GT Nexus platform- Developing and maintaining strong business organization and vendor relationships with a focus on collaboration, commitment and transparency- Lead multiple, complex projects and/or technology initiatives to support the company vision and strategy- Manage 40+ Global IT Operations team comprising of DevOps, DataOps, SRE, Infrastructure, Security and Project Management- Advancement of people, process and technology to ensure service level agreements are realized and properly managed- Financial planning and management for the department, infrastructure and associated platform services. Analyze financial performance and variances- Compliance oversight - follow industry recognized processes and procedures to ensure proper audit control and risk management.
