I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years.Everything from being the GMof an affluent restaurant for 10 years.Always improving and staying on top of trends and increasing the net revenue growth every quarter.I made some amazing relationships through the years.When I sold it and moved to Fort Lauderdale.It was time for the next excitingchapter in my hospitality career.I then continued on as a corporate service trainer and opening stores for 11 years for The Restaurant People.My latest venture is working for the iconic Colony Hotel Palm Beach as a FnB manager.I love this industry due to allthe moving parts and fast paced environment.Leading a strong team and providing them with the tools they need to be successful.This provides me as a leader and my team to provideoutstanding service for all our guests.This creates that home away from home experience.Always anticipating the guests needs.This is what hospitality is,hosting our guest and never having them ask for anything.A stress free guest is a loyalguest.The return in all areas is beyond successful.
