Working with clients and professional contacts to develop & deliver innovative Signage, Branding & Architectural solutions - from initial design to manufacture and installation. Identifying opportunities to add value to our clients and their projects is a key aspect of my role, alongside generating new work-streams Globally in accordance with strategic targets. It is my responsibility to build on Ascots track record and successful delivery of many outstanding projects, using this as a strong platform for continued steady growth. I also have close involvement in strategic business development and planning at Ascot, with input to Organisational Strategies, Goals and KPIs. I report to the Board on performance and I am driven by results, in the form of shared successes and feedback from our clients.
