Family man. Lifelong engineer, some military leadership background. After twenty years on the tools I have accumulated a further twenty three years leadership and management experience in executive management roles which include, Quality, Lead Auditor, Operations, Projects, Business Development, Executive Director, and CEO.Presently I am also a member of three Boards two at local business level, the third at national level. All of which lead and feed into the engineering, manufacturing and technical careers for young people.Why I do what I do. for the good that I can do for the future of my industry and the young people who can make a difference in it.Personally. I believe in a \'One Life\' philosophy and mine is devoted to my wife, two daughters and a lovely granddaughter.
