Award winning Senior Health, Safety & Environmental manger responsible for the continual improvement of safety within the London region. I engage with 200+ employees managing safety performance to help deliver SGNs work loads safely and efficiently. As part of the London senior management team I interact across all levels presenting risk analysis that helps shape the direction the region travels in. Confident in the development of procedures and safety critical documentation that helps guide the workforce and management towards a safer way of working. My most recent success has been the introduction of a contractor management procedure that has been adopted company wide. I have also successfully introduced a means of trend analysis that focuses on identifying leading indicators that can help reduce lost productivity through absence. This is part of a continuous improvement model as we look to enhance our safety maturity which had been acknowledged by the SGN executive team with the presentation of the organisation PROTECT safety champion award for 2024. Capable of undertaking internal and external auditing duties with a clear understanding and qualification (lead auditor) of iso 9001. I am able to deliver audits in a timely manner and present findings and recommendations professionally to the most senior personal of any organisation. As part of my continued professional development I am currently completing the NEBOSH Diploma in Health and safety with a completion date expected to be in the first quarter of 2025.
