   Management of bottom-line results for one third of the country which involves case review and implementation of MetLife’s financial wellness and engagement services, problem solving, and reporting outcomes to clients and business partners.Review of new customers for the service, which in some cases means approving or declining opportunities and/or exceptions as needed based on business justification and working with business partners and sales teams to lead the implementation process for the program.Establish trust and ongoing relationships with internal organization and external vendors which consist of, service account teams, IT, record keepers, brokers, Products, and group life customers. My responsibility covers daily oversight of the program, consultative support, and facilitation of communication between all parties.Lead implementation of services to a timely successful installation by thorough analysis of products and plan designs. This includes collaborating with other MetLife associates to prioritize multi-product implementation which incorporates overcoming objections, making recommendations, and influencing the client to secure agreement for the method and timetable of delivery of services, creation and recommendation of client specific program design, and communication of the processes to all parties.
