I\'ve spent 25 years helping organizations build the people infrastructure they need to grow, transform, and perform — at scale.That work has taken me from leading HR programs for 6,900 Air Force personnel to partnering with Amazon VPs on a global team of to serving as the sole Senior HR leader for a 29-site logistics region during one of the most complex operational reorganizations in the network\'s history. The common thread across all of it has been learning how to align people strategy to business reality — quickly, and without losing sight of the humans involved.What I bring to an organization isn\'t just HR expertise.
