T.L. Rich Construction is a multi faceted custom commercial and residential builder with over 40 years of combined experience. We focus on projects which require attention to detail for demanding clientele whether it be a new office building, new home, extensive remodels and or additions to homes and commercial buildings. We take great pride in everything we do and have strict quality controls in place. We utilize only the finest craftsmen in the various trades to help complete our projects and only use well established licensed professionals. Our business has continued to grow through “word of mouth” advertising. Our integrity means everything to us. These principles of business mean finished products we can take pride in. We treat every project as if we were building it for ourselves constantly striving for perfection, never looking for ways to cut corners.
