Terrance “Terry” Rhoades began his Real Estate career in 1983, in the Great State of Michigan, as a Sales Associate and obtained his Brokers License five years later, Terry began buying, selling and rehabbing a collection of homes located in Metro Detroit before coming to ERA Franchise Systems in 1994 where he serviced the Midwest as a business consultant. Terry considers himself a creative thinker and entrepreneur sharing ideas and experience in business planning, recruiting, and growth with his book of business. In his early years, Terry opened a successful Screen Printing business in 1973 before he began his real estate career in 1983. Terry has two beautiful daughters, loves the game of Hockey, enjoys gardening, and calls Monument, Colorado Home.
