ABOUT TERRY REYNOLDS
I have over 34 years of experience in working auto and homeowners claims. During my career, I have specialized in analyzing and settling total losses for automobile claims with unlimited authority. I have evaluated and settled bodily injury claims caused by automobile accidents with over 150 open claims on a continual basis. These settlements have been settled with injured parties direct or with their personal attorney.I have inspected and analyzed damage to policyholders houses due to wind and hail. I am able to climb onto structures to prepare estimates and then settle the losses with the policyholder. I am proficient in using Xactimate to prepare estimates.I have been recognized as a Top 10 Performer statewide for outstanding customer service, investigations, evaluations and team building. I have successfully settled claims up to $1.5 million. I assumed training and mentoring responsibilities for new claim representatives and exceeded management expectations.I am also a high school and college basketball official. I have worked numerous Minnesota State High School Tournaments and regional college tournaments to include five State High School Championship games. Through my officiating experience, I have learned valuable communication and organizational skills while dealing with coaches, players and fans.
