As Project Manager (PM) for the GUARDIAN ANGEL (GA) weapon system, I create and execute project test plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. I identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities while managing the day-to-day operational aspects of each test. I effectively apply test methodology and enforce standards. I minimize risk to personnel and resources and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. I track and report on expenses and provide assistance with the management of each test’s budget. I accurately forecast and track total expenses for each test. I efficiently convey information to management in both written and verbal communications. I schedule and effectively facilitate test team and stake holder meetings. I hold regular status meetings with project team members ensuring everyone stays well informed of changes in schedules and work assignments. I routinely communicate relevant project information to superiors. I have strong problem solving skills and resolve issues at the lowest level possible and will not hesitate to escalate issues to an appropriate level if required. I possess an advanced understanding of the mission requirements GA personnel experience and can quickly relate their requirements to the formal test processes. I possess a thorough understanding of GA capabilities. As the GA PM, I am a leader and challenge others to attain goals and pursue excellence. I utilize each team member to their fullest potential and motivate the team to work together in the most efficient manner
