This position is focused on ensuring delivery of client services and performing general support as needed by client. It is my goal to work to understand our clients’ business, technical, and tactical requirements and to ensure that the solutions and services provided by Real Impact meets the client’s objectives as well as Real Impact’s contractual obligations. My assistance with clients serves three purposes:1. Act as a Strong High Touch Resource to Client Administrators.2. Serve as the Escalation point for Client Managers, Project Managers and difficult Client escalations.3. Act as Client Advocate to ensure that the Real Impact team understands the client needs and requirements.At Real Impact we provide our clients with the highest level of customer service in IT systems and infrastructure management. We provide live, local and exceptional customer support, including onsite support to our business and nonprofit clients in the Puget Sound area.Beyond making a profit, our company actively seeks opportunities to give back to the community through our individual volunteer efforts as well as serving the nonprofit community with IT management needs.
