About Terry Oram
Terry Oram has worked extensively in the oil and gas industry for over 45 years while participating in offshore construction programs in 25 countries. His involvement has encompassed most areas of the pipeline installation industry including project management of near shore, mid-water and deep-water pipeline installation programs; project methodology development; field supervision/management of offshore construction work programs; shore approach and CALM system concept and installation; Deep Water Port and LNG terminal developments and other project conceptual and development programs including public consultation and technical presentations. Since joining PCS in 1996, Terry has been part of the management group supporting several major pipeline conceptual development and/or installation projects in the US and Canada including Discovery, Allegheny, Gulfstream, Blue Atlantic, Broadwater, Northeast Gateway, Port Ambrose Deep Water Port, Prince Rupert Gas Transmission (PRGT), Blue Marlin Offshore Port (BMOP) and more recently, a proposed and confidential pipeline system in Mexico. Terry utilizes the experience gained from the years spent as a contractor and a consultant to advance projects from a conceptual stage to planning, development, execution and operational phases. Terry is presently based in Houston.
