ABOUT TERRY MURPHY
I’ve amassed a unique set of competencies that are pertinent to audit, organization, and communications roles. I had spent years incentivizing through learning and encouraging the growth mindset needed for role continuum. I’ve mentored over 170 employees by enabling them to explore self-sufficiency and self-discovery and helped my reports understand procedural concerns and sharpened their analytical skills by challenging their notions, all the while maintaining a caring approach. Additionally, by surrounding myself with long-standing experts, I have added to my expertise and pride myself on the end-to-end Fraud knowledge I have amassed. Bringing a skillset encompassing analytical acumen, critical thinking and communications skills, a position within any organization with an eye towards risk mitigation would allow me to continue contributing to risk management protocols while expanding my breadth of knowledge to all sectors of banking fraud.
