ABOUT TERRY MILLER

Upon gaining an under-graduate diploma in Accountancy, Management and Economics from Aberdeen University in 2006, Terry has accumulated over 12 years experience in the Private Sector gaining invaluable experience in Construction, Healthcare and Financial institutions throughout the UK. More recently Terry has gained 6 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry with CRC-Evans Offshore holding positions including Cost Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Commercial Manager and most recently Business Execution Manager with responsibility for the overall performance and development of the business from an strategic, operational and financial perspective. Terry’s detailed and analytical approach, combined with a natural ability to develop and execute on strategy has contributed to his rapid rise within the sector, working on major multi-million pound projects for industry leading clients such as TechnipFMC, Subsea7, COOEC, ENi and Total including occupying a leading role in a $100m West African venture as part of Stanley Oil & Gas. Terry has a passion to lead and develop businesses, teams and capabilities, displaying key core skills in business management, accounting, project management and commercial excellence.Terry has spent the last 5 years at Langfields Ltd as part of their Leadership Teams across their Dunfermline, Salford and Deephaven facilities in roles including Facility Manager and Operations Manager. Terry has played a key role in developing the people, teams and culture within the facilities particularly focusing on the vision and strategy of the business streams and wider organization whilst retaining a strong focus on client delivery and upscaling of the business. Terry has been involved in projects across a number of sectors including Nuclear, Defense, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Renewables for industry leading clients such as Sellafield, Exxon, Essar, AWE and Cavendish Nuclear building strong relationships centered around honesty, trust and a commitment to deliver on Langfields HSE objectives and project deliverables and commitments.
