Compliance AnalystReported to senior management-coordinated and performed a range of compliance, as well as, administrative support activities for the organization; serve as liaison with other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day compliance and administrative problems.•Responsible for various compliance related task including reviewing, obtaining, renewing payment processing for all branch licensing, reviews of advertisements and communication with retail branch offices.•In charge of various loan officers licensing related task to include on-boarding, termination, branch openings, closures and relocations.•Managed loan officer licensing renewal periods, including preparing guidelines and time tables for dissemination, tracking of loan officer licensure completion.•Responsible for Quarterly (HMDA) Home Mortgage Disclosure Act quarterly and year end reporting ensuring data integrity and accuracy, as well as process the quarterly mortgage call report.•Assisted with regulatory research and special projects as required. •Prepare and submit applications for mortgage lender and general business licensing for the company.•Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and licensing renewals.•Monitor and renew existing company, branch and loan originator licenses. Recommend and provide guidance to loan officers, branch Managers and Production regarding licensing issues.•Provide support to department manager by coordinating the gathering of documents requested by the state and federal examiners.•Maintain tracking systems to monitor for deadlines and due dates of various filings and renewals, including license and surety bonds spreadsheets.•Use computer to conduct research, including proprietary systems, subscriber databases and internet resources to resolve issues and verify compliance with regulations.
